Grinde Gunworks stands
by a 1-year workmanship warranty.
Customers are to acknowledge that modifications made to firearms will void the manufacturer warranty
and/or our workmanship warranty.
Customers are to acknowledge all products require normal maintenance, and that failure to maintain such
products can lead to damage that Grinde Gunworks is not responsible for.
Customers are to acknowledge that products not picked up within 60 days of an approved service
quote or 90 days of completion after formal notice will be considered abandoned. All products deemed
abandoned will be acquired and sold at the discretion of Grinde Gunworks with no value to be
refunded.
Customers are to acknowledge that Grinde Gunworks reserves the right to refuse service on any products
for any reason.
Customers are to acknowledge the obligation to ensure all firearms are lawfully possessed and accessible
only to nonprohibited persons. Furthermore that it is unlawful to sell, deliver, transfer or masquerade
as a straw purchaser/owner for any reason - including service work customer acquisition (drop off) and
disposition (pickup). Under BATFE the party the drops off the firearm for service is the party
responisble for pickup, or a NICS check will need to be performed.
Customers are to acknowledge that information disclosed in service work orders, sales and transfer forms
may be reviewed by the BATFE as required by law.
